Horse Toe Bone (Phalanx) | Pleistocene of Florida

This is a horse toe bone from the Pleistocene of Florida in excellent condition, with an exceptionally high level of mineralization. This is from a Pleistocene Equus, the same genus as modern horses, but this particular horse was roaming around Florida over 10,000 years ago.
