Turtle Shell Nuchal Fossil from the Pleistocene of Florida

This is a nice little turtle nuchal bone from the shell of a turtle. This piece would have been located at the top of the shell, right above where the turtle’s head would tuck into the shell. When out of the shell, it protects the back of the turtle’s neck.
