This is a fantastic lot of three tapir teeth from Tapirus veroensis, an extinct tapir that existed here in Florida in the Pleistocene, over 10,000 years ago. Some of the first humans to ever live in Florida hunted and butchered these for food. These are personal finds from Florida.
